Overview

BizMarket is an online marketplace that connects sellers of UK businesses with potential buyers. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Account registration

To list a business you need an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your login.

Listing rules

You may only list a business that you have the legal right to sell. Listings must be accurate and not misleading. We do not accept listings for illegal businesses, regulated activities you are not licensed to operate, or anything that would put buyers at material risk. We reserve the right to remove listings that breach these rules.

Enquiries

Buyers may contact sellers through the enquiry form on each listing. Enquiries must be in good faith and relate to the specific business. Spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial outreach is prohibited and will result in an account being blocked.

Liability disclaimers

BizMarket is a marketplace. We do not verify financials, audit operations, or represent either party in a transaction. Anything you rely on in a listing should be independently verified before you commit money. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your dealings with other users, including but not limited to purchase decisions, failed negotiations, or misrepresentations by a seller or buyer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of BizMarket.
